| PCB board thick sheet number is called thin pcb, some customers response that below 0.6MM board the V-CUT is shallow and difficult to break, or V-CUT is too deep to break , so how to make the standard of V-CUT depth ? |

This so-called thin is according to the board thickess. In fact, there is no absolute standard for thin pcb, but in a general recognition in the circuit board industry, if it is less than 0.6mm,it is called thin.
V-CUT specifications are generally set by the parties, in principle is as broken but can not arbitrarily disconnect for principle. And it can control the remaining thickness that acceptable as basis processing, it should be kept in the residual area in geometric center.
For small and thin PCB board also has an automatic V-CUT machining, or laser cutting, stamping, stamps, holes and other ways to deal.
