| What temperature of PCB board baking before SMT? Is all boards must be baked? |

If PCB in correct vacuum packaging, it may not bake to assembly. If you have already placed for some time, it is recommended to use 120 degrees -130 degrees to bake for 40-60 minutes.
Before assembly pcb if it can add the baking, the residual moisture should be able to reduce risk and burst plate. Because the method of metal processing for current board are diversified, some processes are not suitable for baking, so that no one must be specified to bake before assembly. If it is a soft board that absorbs water easily ,it suggests to bake. If the circuit board of the silver process, when the OSP process, baked likely to undermine the copper surface ,it can effect the soldering, above are only for reference.
