In general what high temperature can be bear (long-term) for circuit boards ? |
|
|
The manufacturers of the material designs are slightly different, the general definition of material mostly focused on the state of the glass transfer point. But for long-term temperature resistance, as long as it can meet the standards, so different factory have different requirements for that the quality . In long-term temperature in terms ,the majority of FR4 material can withstand temperatures of 120 degrees or so for quite some time, but generally welding paint, glass transition temperature will fall about 110 degrees. So if the high temperature parts are assembled on the circuit board, the best attention to the thermal state, so it can guarantee the long-term steady-state electronics, it can not destroy the structure of the circuit board. |
