What is the impact for circuit board warpage on assembly process?
    The main problem is in coplanarity. If the coplanarity is bad, it is not easy to assembly,it can cause pieces of bit bad beat occurs, off pieces, cold welding, and other issues .IPC have reference standards, but manufacturers can not fully comply with it,the general common circuit board size is within every inch of warp 2mil as common standards.
