| Can it be modified part of circuit or components if only has gerber files? |

General pcb factories received Gerber files did not contain components designators, and only components pin graphics.Of course, subject to change circuits and holes in the function of the software, it can be modified the circuit, but it should not be modified to the component itself. So the company making the circuit board, is also responsible for assembly and design, otherwise components should not be in circuit board manufacturer to make changes. above for your reference.
