| What's the reason and treatment for forming water stain on pcb boards? |

The water stain is usually caused by the external contamination,which leaves a stain after the water volatilization,because water itself wont leave stains,so the foreign matter is this problem key point.
In most of circuit board production process,there is a drying process after cleaning.at the same time proceed with heating and drying,but the problem lies in the drying process.If there are impurities or foreign matters left in water,well see the shadow left on the pcb after water evaporates,this is called water strain.
so the way to solve this problem is to reduce the impurity which stay in water,especially most of salts dissolved in the water are most difficult to remove,thats why most of clean will be asked to use soft water or high purity water.
In addition to water, Hot air circulation process also need to pay attention to,because high speed air supply system is easy to generate static electricity.so its easy to accumulate dust and pollution caused by fly back to the pcb surface,which may cause water stains.
Some special pcb circuit board,in order to cleanness of pcb surface,and even use the solvent-based liquid to cooking and drip dry to achieve the goal of high degree of cleanness surface.
