| What are the advantages and disadvantages of immersion gold and HAL for pcb surface treatment? what were they used for? |

Usually immersion gold pcb and HAL pcb are used for soldering assembly.immersion gold pcb has high flatness solder pads,so it can be soldered components which require higher flatness.
and because the gold is not oxidized in air,so it is often used in the majority of products with buttons,
but in terms of welding firm,because HASL pcb materials and soldering tin has the highest compatibility,therefore,its solderability is best.
