FR4 general softening temperature is between 130 degrees and 140 degrees, but if only a short time, such as 1-3 minutes high temperature time, the material can withstand basically. but if it is a long time baking, because the material is organic carbon content, so may be a carbonized yellowing phenomenon. If it is at a high temperature for long time(such as 100 degrees -120 degrees or more), it is recommended to use high-temperature material production
