| When PCB immersion tin on 288degree after 10seconds copper blistering occurs, what is the reason will cause this phenomenon? |

This is PCB board thermal shock test what is check the circuit board base material bad or good,the reason is as below:
1, poor nature of the resin, so heat resistance insufficient is broken.
2, poor conditions of polymerization of the resin, the degree of polymerization is incomplete does not meet the material strength.
3, the interface between a foreign body. Or remaining within the plate excessive moisture or volatiles cause vaporization explosion panels.
4, plate poor condition, leaving voids, resin shortage problem,
5, the copper surface plate before the treatment is poor, poor bonding with the resin, thus weld plate.
6, the circuit board at poor storage conditions, excessive moisture and be heat the plate will be burst instantly.
