| In PCB production, what criteria can be fill the line ? |
|
|
"Fill line" is a old technology, when the operating frequency of PCB products is not high, still have to save a circuit breaker board and now CPU operating frequency has been high to 1GHZ or higher, any signal line defects (notches, NICK, pinholes, pits, depression, indentation) and others will result in "signal integrity" degraded. High-frequency and high-end products can not fill the line up completely.
