| Blind hole whether can be use drilling machine and molding it? |

This is possible, as long as the drill depth can control the distance between the layers, and is large enough, basically it is feasible, it is a method to make a blind hole early. but because of the speed is too slow, and the depth of the most hole deeper is hard to plate, so it use very little. but if the few hole, hole size can be increased, it is a way .And V-CUT normal tolerances is positive or negative 0.15MM, automatic V-CUT machine can be within positive or negative 0.1MM.
