| PCB manufacturing process, after solder mask is HAL.What is the purpose for HAL? |

HAL not only can prevent oxidation of the copper surface, but also can retain the pad weldability for assembly the parts after done circuit board .because before SMT assembly most is as base solder to connect. Therefore,HAL has became a final disposal method of the circuit board, technology is good or bad as flatness and uniformity to judge. of course there is a minimum the thickness of the system, and lead-free HASL and other requirements.
