| How to improve the soldering balls on pcb? |

Solder ball is the residue on surface of solder mask ink after spraying tin. Such problems are basically two causes, one of which is incomplete polymerization solder oil to result tends to remain. the second is an insufficient amount of flux loss or placed too long, resulting in loss of the protective effect of wetting, you can have an in-depth understanding for the both, and then improve.
