94-V0 flame rating of a circuit board, flame retardant types are generally added TBBA (TBBPA) or other halogen or non-halogen flame retardant? |
|
|
Materials are generally added to halogen material, that is the reason why it is demanded to use non-halogen.Halogen traditionally used bromine, bromine implant resin material, such resins have flame retardant performance. Because if halogen waste combustion will cause pollution for the environment, so the circuit board industry began to demand no halogen materials. At present, more typical non-halogen material, phosphorus, boron compound classes more frequently to be used, as for other different formulations, the manufacturers may have a different title.
