Printed circuit board (PCB) in general can withstand how many degrees (long-term) ? |
|
|
Every one have differences for the design of materials, the general definition of material mostly focused on setting the glass transition point. But for the long-term temperature resistance, as long as it can meet the standards, so the quality demand are difference. Long-term heat resistance, most of FR-4 material should be able to withstand the high temperature of about 120 degrees for a long time. But the general solder mask, a glass transition temperature of about 110 degrees. Therefore, if the high temperature parts assembly (SMD) on the circuit board, the best attention to its thermal state, so it can guarantee the long-term steady-state electronics, can not destroy the structure of the circuit board.
