| In pcb production process, it has been unable to solve the oxidation problem if only change brush wheel of plate-cleaning machine and clean aspirating hole, what are the solutions of the pcb problem? |

Oxidation occurs substantially in terms of PCB copper is a natural thing, but only has severity is different. in the above,for treatment of before and after grinding board, this is to be done appropriately considered. If add a little chemical treatment before the grinding board which might be appropriate to improve. If after the grinding board should consider doing oxidation treatment, we suggest that dont think in one way. basically we need to do it from the enhanced treatment, advance prevention, protection afterwards three aspects simultaneously,then the engineering problems can be completely solved.
