CEM-3 is a kind of non-woven material to strengthen the base, it was not fine fiber yarn-like, so nomatter what drilling gong shape in cross section are prone villous phenomenon, for dril,it should be new, some cutters can not use ordinary diamond cutter principle, you must use a spiral cutter, otherwise the side will cause fluff.
