| What is the thickness for PP board (such as film 1080/7628/7630) after press ? |

Maybe several experimental data in order to know the average thickness for some nip machine and PP film, because the ultimate impact thickness factors are characteristics of the resin, the thickness of the resin ,the way of pack, the form of cloth material, nip parameters, the type of press and so on. It does not have a standard answer. in general, if you take more tablets oil compression lamination method, the higher the middle of the board thickness, because the middle of the board heating rate is slowly, it is difficult to obtain a uniform thickness. It can reduce overlap to down the number of varying thickness, but the capacity will be lost .
