| Why double-side pcb use FR-5 material? |

|
FR-5 characteristically have a higher TG, TG general FR-5 material is approximately between 150-180 degrees relative to the general FR4, between about 130-140 degrees which only TG, its heat capacity the difference is obvious.
Not have to use a double-sided circuit board material FR-5 on the circuit board assembly process or end-use environment requires, the material does not have to use FR5,because FR5 grade material prices higher.
